The Réseau immigration francophone de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador (RIF-TNL) aims to increase the reception, integration and retention capacity of the province's Francophone communities by mobilizing various stakeholders and strengthening collaboration and strategic planning at the community, regional and national levels.

RIF-TNL was created by FFTNL in 2007 to meet the needs of Francophone newcomers to Newfoundland and Labrador. Its main objective is the successful integration of French-speaking newcomers who choose to settle in Newfoundland and Labrador and a better social and cultural connection with the host community. RIF plays a key role in the development by third parties of Francophone reception and settlement services that directly address the needs of French-speaking immigrants and their families.
