Created by the province's Francophone and Acadian community, the Réseau Culturel Francophone de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador promotes the development of its artistic and cultural life and contributes to its identity building. To this end, it supports the training, development, promotion of artists and craftsmen and the circulation of their works. It stimulates the development of the capacities of cultural workers. It encourages the community to proudly take its place in its community.
