SURVEY INTRODUCTION

Le Réseau santé en français, part of the Fédération des francophones de Terre-Neuve et du Labrador (FFTNL), has engaged the Sociopol firm to conduct a study on the needs of Francophones in the province regarding mental health and addictions services. Your responses will help inform recommendations to improve current services and resources that are offered.

Your participation in this study is voluntary. You can skip a question or stop answering the survey at any point. All information gathered in this survey is strictly confidential and your name will not be associated with the data you provide. The data collected can only be viewed by the researchers associated with this study.

DURATION
